Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return them to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note in their original, saleable condition.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with the ‘marc b heart charm’ attached with the relevant documentation within the time-scales specified above & using the returns label attached to your original invoice.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

 

How to make a return 

If you wish to return a item, you must notify us of your intention to do so before returning the item. You must notify us via the online returns procedure, as set out below.

  • Log onto My Account and click 'Completed Orders'
  • Select the relevant order and click 'Return item(s)'
  • Select all items to be returned
  • Choose a reason for return, return action and write comments (if any)

Once you have notified us that you wish to return item/items, you can only return the item when you have received authorisation from us. Do not return the Product without authorisation.

We will credit  the  including postage as soon as possible, and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you have given notice of cancellation.

If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid to by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you providing there is only the item in the order. If there is more than the defective item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will usually credit your marc b account & you can use the amount to buy a replacement or another product, alternatively should you require a refund we will return any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
